Night bass

Pulled over at Lanier and decided to do some night fishing. I found the cove where the water ended and decided to use my black Strike King Mini Pro buzzbait around some brush I saw in the water. After about 3 casts I caught this little guy and reeled him in. I like night fishing except for the part where I absolutely cannot see.

Trick worm catch

Caught this bass on a green pumpkin Zoom trick worm Texas rigged. Used 6lb test monofilament with a 7 ft medium heavy rod.

Zoom trick worms have been used for a very long time to catch bass and they work!

I got two packs, one in green pumpkin for those finnicky bass that are spooked by bright colors and then a pack of white.

With the weather getting colder, the bass will be holding around brush and fallen trees.

This is where the Texas rig weightless along with wacky rig works very well.

Go get a pack and try them today but remember to bundle up!
